x射线实时成象的实时数字积分处理

摘要: 为提高x射线实时成象系统的检测能力,研制了实时数字积分处理器,每s可完成8.3幅图象积分。积分处理后大幅度降低了成象的噪声,消除模糊,增强了反差。对钢、铝合金实验表明64幅积分,线型象质计指数平均提高了1~2,明显地改善了检测灵敏度。

Abstract: In this paper, we develop x-Ray Real-Time Digital Integration Processor, for enhancing the capability of inspection of x-Ray Real-time Imaging System. The rate of integration is 8.3 frames per second. After through integration, the nolse of image will be reduced enormously, the obscurity of image will be eleared up and the contrast of image will be enchanced. After through 64 frames integration, the wire image quality indicator index (wire number) of Fe or Al will be increased 1 or 2 number, and the inspection sensitivity will be raised greatly.
