摘要: 本文用三维变形弹塑性有限元法,对薄板还材在连轧过程中金属的流动规律以及应力场等进行了模拟分析。文中提出了两元修正的悬浮摩擦层方法,解决了轧制过程中金属表面和轧辊间的接触摩擦问题,采用合理的前后张力动态加载模型,有效地对连轧过程中张力对金属变形的影响进行了研究。本文的结果对板带连轧过程中的板形控制和提高产品质量有着重要意义。

Abstract: A 3 – D [elastic - plastic] finite element method is applied for simulating the continuous rolling o sheet. The deformation of the metal and the distributions of stress are obtained. In this paper, a 2-faotor friction layer is presented to solve the problem of the boundary friction in rolling. To establish the model of tension, a dynamic loading method is used. The effect of tension on the flow pattern and the distribution of stress are also studied.
