摆动辗压变形时压力分布及主要变形特征的研究

摘要: 本文以圆柱体为典型试验件,介绍了圆柱件摆辗变形时压力分布的测试结果,同时指了摆辗变形不同于其他压力加工方法的主要特征,即“蘑茹效应”和“中心受拉”。根据接触区金属的实际流动结果,可以将变形区划分为两个区:中心以切向变形为主,边缘以径向变形为主。在上述观点的基础上,经一定假设,对变形区的压力分布进行了计算,给出了理论解,其结果与实际相符。这一结论对正确认识摆辗工艺特点、分析模具的损坏原因和提高辗压件质量都具有重要意义。

Abstract: This paper introduced the research results on pressure distribution in rotary forging the cylinder. The differences between rotary forging and other pressure process methods are “mushroom effect” and “centre tense stress”. According to the metal flow rule in rotary forging, the contact zone may be divided into two zones: centre----tangential strain zone, border----diametral strain zone. Using above mentioned viewpoint after made some hypotheses, the pressure distribution had been calculated. This result is conform to actual situation. This conclusion is of great importance for correctly understanding process characteristics of rotary forging, analyzing reasones about damaged dies and improving the quality of the quality of the products.
