摘要: 本文应用作者提出的求解接触问题的有限元混合变量法对汽轮机套装叶轮进行了分析,提出了合理设计叶轮和轴之间过盈量的两种方案,表明接触问题的有限元法对套装叶轮的应力分析和改进设计有重要意义。

关键词: 过盈配合, 叶轮, 有限元法, H型立轴风轮, 变桨方案, 气动性能, 双盘面多流管模型

Abstract: In this paper, the stresses of wheel-shaft shrinkage fit problem of the steam turbine are analytized using elastic contact finite element method and compared with Second Calculating Method. And then two schemes to reasonably design the wheel-shaft shrinkage re proposed. It is shown that elastic contact finite element method is important to stress analysis and innovating design of steam turbine.
