摘要: 在辉光放电中,将工件置于阴极,利用离子轰击的净化作用和产热作用,可以在较低的真空度下(1Pa数量级)实现无钎剂钎焊。加热温度取决于放电的工作电压和工作气压。可采用多种措施以满足工件均热、局部加热,渗入活化元素及增强净化作用等不同工艺要求。辉光放电离子轰击钎焊可以获得高质量的钎焊接头。与一般真空钎焊相比,这一方法具有生产率高、设备投资少,对工件表面清理要求较低以及工艺适应性强等一系列优点。

Abstract: By means of the heating action and cleaning action of ton bombardment, a workpiece, put on the cathode in glow discharge, can be brazed without flux and in a comparatively low vacuum, one at the level of about 1Pa. The Brazing temperature is controlled mainly by the working voltage and barometric pressure, and various technical measures are adopted to meet the requirements of oven heating, localized heating, activatory elements permeating and cleaning action improving. Compared with common vacuum brazing, the ion bombardment brazing has many advantages, such as high productivity, low equipment investment, uncritical requirements for surface and wide accomodation for application.
