摘要: 本文利用裂纹面的边界条件建立奇异积分方程,通过解奇异积分方程求得裂纹尖端的应力强度因子,并运用裂纹扩展理论对疲劳裂纹的扩展方向进行了分析。结果表明齿面垂直裂纹将沿与齿面约20°角且与齿面摩擦力相反的方向扩展,而分叉裂纹将沿与斜裂纹段约60°的方向向齿面扩展。

Abstract: The system of singular integral equations are obtained in this paper by considering the boundary conditions of a crack, with the solution of the singular integral equations, the stress intensity factors of a crack tip are calculated. By means of using the current theories about crack spread, the direction of a crack propagation is determined. i.e. the vertical surface crack propagates into the thin surface layer in the direction which is opposite from the surface friction and has an angle of about 20 degrees with the surface; The tip of the branched crack spreads to the surface to the surface in the direction of about 60 degrees with the declined crack.
