摘要: 本文介绍了弹性连杆机构震动边的计算方法,指出用传统方法进行弹性机构的平衡可能有害,并以震动力最小为目标进行了弹性连杆机构加重平衡优化,推出了修正构件载面参数实现震动力最小化的新方法。

Abstract: In this paper, a method calculating shaking force of elastic linkages is presented. An example given in this paper reveals that it may be harmful to use traditional methods to balance an elastic linkage. By optimizing the masses attached at the ends of the links, the shaking force can be minimized. On the bases of optimality criterion technique, a new approach is developed in which the maximum shaking force produced during the complete cycle of motion of the linkage is minimized through modifying cross-sectional parameters of the links.
