摘要: 在设计高压液体静压支承时,目前均忽略了压力油膜作用表面的“压力-弹性变形”对承载特性的影响,因此与实际差别较大,甚至使静压支承润滑失效。本文在考虑了油液的“粘压效应”和支承表面“压力-弹性变形”的基础上,对高压静压支承油膜压力分布和承载特性进行了理论分析,并经过了激光光弹试验验证。从而为高压静压支承的设计,首次提出了新的计算理论—弹性流体静压润滑理论。

Abstract: At present, the effects of surface elastic deformation due to oil pressure on the load-carrying characteristics of high-pressure hydrostatic bearing are not considered when designing this kind of bearing. And there are much more differences between the theory and practice, which may even results in the failure of the lubrication of hydrostatic bearing. In this paper, the pressure distribution of the oil film and the load-carrying characteristics of high pressure hydrostatic bearing are analyzed on the basis of considering the oil viscosity effect and the effect of pressure on elastic deformation of bearing surface, and which are verified by the experiment of laser photo elastic procedure. So a new calculation theory, the elastohydrostatic lubrication theory is presented in this paper for the designing of high pressure hydrostatic bearing.
