摘要: 本文用透射电镜、扫描电镜等手段研究了Al-Mg-Si-Re合金的共晶组织和稀土对铸态化合物的影响。研究表明,当稀土含量较少时,稀土进行(FeSiAl)相,置换铁原子形成(FeReSiAl)化合物,当稀土含量较高时,合金中形成Re 2Si 2Al 3和Al 4Re化合物。

Abstract: The eutectic microstructure of Al-Mg-Si-Re alloys and the effects of mischmetal addition on their eutectic compounds have been investigated by means of TEM, SEM and x-ray diffraelemeter. It was shown that the morpholoygies of eutectic compounds were improved and secondary deatrite arm spacing decreased by adding mischmetal. Rare earth elements dissolved in (FeSiAl) phase, and the ( ReFeSiAl ) phase and the Re2Si2Al8 compound occurred in the alloys containing 0.07~0.20wt% Re Al4Re phase was not found in the alloys unless the Re content was more than 0.2wt%.
