中、高碳Cr-Mo系轧辊用钢白点敏感性研究

摘要: 钢的无白点极限氢含量是制定大型锻件热处理工艺的重要基础数据,但国内及国外的系统性研究工作尚未开展。通过系列氢含量试样缓慢拉伸试验,研究了Cr-Mo系冷轧辊用钢的白点敏感性。结果表明,70Cr3Mo钢和9Cr2Mo钢的无白点极限氢含量分别为2.7ppm和2.7ppm。钢的强度指标受氢含量影响不明显。

Abstract: The hydrogen content of the steel to free flake is an important basic datum to make heat treatment of the large forging. The flake sensitivity of Cr-Mo cold roll steel with middle-high carbon contents were studied by means of slow tensile of specimens with various hydrogen contents. The results of experiments show that the hydrogen contents of 70Cr3Mo steel and 9Cr2Mo steel to free flake are limited to 2.7ppm and 2.7ppm repectively.
