大型易磨损件的等磨损面设计

摘要: 为了解决大型易磨损件的非均匀磨损问题,提出了一种等磨损面设计方法,该方法有效地利用了磨损失效分析、磨损模拟试验及材料的表面处理技术。文中在论述设计方法的同时,举例说明了一个大型薄壳零件——机耕船舶体的等磨损面设计;田间试验的结果表明:经过等磨损面设计的船体不仅消除了非均匀磨损现象,而且其使用寿命提高了一倍以上。

Abstract: This paper presents an equal-wear surface design method in order to solve the unequal wear problem of large component to be easily worn. The method effectievely makes use of wear failure analysis wear simulating test and material's surface treatment technology. While the design method is dealed with in the paper, the equal-wear surface design of the large thin shell component--the body of paddy-field-tractor (P. F. T) is illustrated. Through field test, it is proved that the new P. F. T. body designed as stated above is not only avoided in the unequal wear phenomenon but also prolonged more than double in its service life.
