摘要: 根据实测的润滑脂流动特性和流变参数,本文推导了Herschel-Bulkley流体模型的雷诺方程。应用数值方法求解了线接触脂润滑弹流问题。在求解过程中考虑了润滑脂的触变性和屈服剪应力造成的稳定乏油边界对润滑膜厚度的影响,得到数值解与实验结果相一致。本文还解释了润滑膜厚度随着剪切时间延长而减小的原因。

Abstract: The Reynolds equation of grease on Herschel-Bulkley model had been derived in this paper. The EHL problems of line contact with grease were discussed by numerical method. In the solving process, both the thixetrople of grease and the starving lubrication caused by yield shear stress of grease were taken into account. The numerical solution was coincided with the experimental data. The reason of the thickness of lubrication film decreasing with worktime was also explained.
