摘要: 本文对滚子移动从动件盘形凸轮,提出效率的计算公式,并按照所追求的目标是效率最高和体积最小,提出供优化设计用的数字模型。对双目标非线性优化设计问题,采用了线性加权和的方法,其中加权因子用像集方法算出。

Abstract: In this paper we derive the calculation efficiency formulas of disk cam with translating roller follower. With the purpose of getting maximum efficiency and minimum volume we derive the mathematical models for optimization design of disk cam. The method of sum of linear weight are used for nonlinear optimization problem of two objective. Weighting factors are calculated with the method of image sets.
