摘要: 本文探讨了用广义最小二乘法直接辨识机床动力学物理参数的建模方法,并在相对激振试验的基础上,辨识了M131W外圆磨床动力学模型的物理参数,进而建立了该机床的动力学模型,并通过模态分析检验了所建立的动力学模型对实际机床的模拟效果。

Abstract: This paper discusses the modelling technique of directly identifying machine tool dynamic parameters by utilizing generalized least square method. On the base of relative exciting test the physical parameters of dynamic model of cylindrical grinder Type M131W are identified. The dynamic model of the machine is established and its effect to the actual machine is checked.
