摘要: 作者提出了减压法液压胀形装置、成形原理、模具设计计算公式、内压建立过程的定性分析[1][2][3],曾与有关单位合作,经过多次的模拟试验和深入的理论研究,揭示了减压法液压胀形护环的内在成形规律。这些规律,对完成30万kW护环[4]和更大容量护环的研制任务,具有直接的理论和实际指导意义。其中,某些理论研究和实验通信班下,对该学科有一定价值。

Abstract: The author has presented a hydraulic expansion device of reducing load and put forward the principle of plastic forming, the calculation formulae of designing the devices and the qualitative analysis of the process establishing the internal pressure(1)(2)(3).In cooperation with the units concerned, the author has revealed the inherent forming laws of the hydraulically expanded retaining rings by reducing load method after a series of simulated tests. The laws have directly guidable significance on the theory and Practice for manufacturing 300000 KW retainig rings(4)and the larger one. Some of the the oritical studies and experimental verifications are valuable for this field.
