摘要: 本文使用AI-4Zn-2.5Mg-1.5Cu高强度铝合金研究了缺口疲劳短裂纹的萌生和扩展。结果表明,缺口有效应力强度因子可以用试验方法标定,它是缺口几何形状、裂纹尺寸和材料组织特征参量的函数。试验标定的缺口有效应力强度因子可以用来定量描述缺口短裂纹的萌生和扩展。

Abstract: The initiation and propagation of fatigue cracks from notches have been studied in a high strength aluminium alloy 7010-T736-The experimental results suggest that a modified effective stress intensity factor, which is described by introducing a function of micro structure scale, notch geometry and short crack length, is applicable to predict initiation of fatigue crack emanating from notches and fatigue crack propagation within the notch stress field.
