摘要: 本文为通过考虑真实粘性气体特性改进径流式叶轮设计计算方法的一次尝试。第一部分给出了全张量形式的叶轮机械粘性气体流动方程组,从这一普通形式出发,还给出了粘性气体沿任意曲线方向的速度梯度方程;第二部分具体介绍纯径流式叶轮中的粘性流动方程组及其解法,其中简化模型的由来和求解时边界条件的处理是两个主要关键;第三部分介绍典型例题的计算结果与分析,初步结果是满意的。

Abstract: The present paper makes an attempt at improving the design calculation method of radial impellers through account for viscous property of real gas. Three parts are covered by this paper. The first part gives viscous fluid flow equations in turbomachines in its full tensor form and hereof, its velocity gradient form along artitrary curved direction. In the second part the viscous flow equations and its solution method are outlined for pure radial impeller. Features of the simplified model and the treatment of boundary conditions are emphasized in description. The last part briefs the encouraging calculation result and analysis of a typical example.
