摘要: 本文采用高分辩率扫描俄歇微探针(SAM)和X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)研究边界润滑状态下表面膜的化学结构。提出边界润滑膜是由吸附反应膜、稳定反应膜和扩散反应膜组成的结构模式,阐述了在不同润滑状态下极压添加剂的作用,并对边界润滑膜的形成作了初步分析。

Abstract: The paper studied chemical structure of surface film formed under boundary lubrication condition with Scanning Auger Microprobe (SAM) ,Scanning Electron Microprobe (SEM) and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) presented a structure model of boundary lubrication film consisting of adsorpreaction film, stable reaction film and diffusion-reaction film, delt with the effect of extreme pressure additives under different conditions and gave primary analysis of formation of boundary lubrication film.
