摘要: 水轮机承受的是随机载荷,因此载荷谱就成为设计水轮机的重要依据。目前我国许多单位想运用二维流动或三维流动的理论来研究转轮叶片上的压力谱,从压力谱得到应力谱,但至今尚未提出一个工程上可以接受的载荷谱。本文从发电厂实测中得出,转轮叶片应力随水轮机组出力的增加而增大,在同一水头下,最大主应力的平均应力与水轮机组出力成线性关系。另外从典型水电站机组出力的调查统计分析又发现,混流式水轮机的出力属于韦布尔分布函数。因此,从机组出力分布,计算出叶片应力分布,最后得到水轮机的载荷谱,这是一条既经济而有效的新编谱途径。

Abstract: Since the load of hydraulic turbine is random, the load spectrum is an important basis for design of hydraulic turbine, Many researcher intended to obtain stress spectrum by researching the pressure spectrum acted on the runner blade by means of the two dimentional flow theory or the three dimentional flow theory in our country, but they have not got the load spectrum that can be applied to engineering. According to field operating stress measurments, the operating stress of runner blades increase as the power of hydraulic turbine is raised, and the mean stress of maximum principal stress linearly dependent on the power of hydraulic turbine with the same head, Besides, we discovered that the power of francis turbine follow weibull distribution by investigating, counting and analyzsing the power of representative hydraulic turbine, Therefore, the operating stress distribution of blades can be calculated from the power distribution and then the load spectrum of hydraulic turbine can be obtained, this is a new economical and effective compiling way of hydraulic turbine load spectrum.
