摘要: 本文对机床进给系统的定位精度问题进行了理论分析导出了表征进给系统定位精度的理论公式,提出了精准微量进给机构的若干设计原则。在此基础上,进行了精密级和超精密级微量进给机构的实验研究,研制成功精密级外圆磨床轴向微量进给装置和超精密级车床弹性变形微量进刀装置。

Abstract: This paper analysed the problem of the location accuracy of the feed system of machine tool theoretically, derived a theoretical formula expressing the location accuracy of the feed system, and advanced some principle for the design of the precision microfeed mechanism On this basis, with the study and experiment of the precision and superprecison microfeed mechanism, the precision axial microfeed mechanism of cylindrical grinder and the super pecision elastic deformation microfeed mechanism of lathe have been developed successfully.
