摘要: 本文对液态模锻时,冲头的压下速度与被压制金属压力下结晶凝固速度之间的关系,进行了理论分析和实验研究。首次给出了液态模锻过程的谐调方程。该方程将金属的凝固理论与塑性变形理论联系起来,从理论上指出压下速度的作用及液态模锻过程对设备工作速度的要求。这在液态模锻领域中也是第一次提出的,对液态模锻技术的实践具有重要意义。

Abstract: In this article, the relation between the rate of solidification of metal under pressure and working velocity of punch during liquid forging have been studied experimentally and analyzed theoretically. The Coordinate equation of liquid metal forging process is first given. Solidification theory of metal has been related with plastic formation theory. This equation points out theoretically the rule of the working velocity of equipment and the demand for it in liquid metal forging. This is important to the practice of liquid metal forging technology.
