摘要: 本文从有限长圆柱体的接触应力数值解法入手,利用一种有效而实用的方法,对混合边界的带凸度圆柱体在给定外载荷的条件下的最佳接触轮廓进行了优化设计,这种方法是经过大量试算,在分析了该问题的数学模型的基础上总结出来的,实际计算表明,该方法收敛速度快,可用于带凸度圆柱滚子轴承的优化设计。

Abstract: A new and useful design method is given for solving the pressure distribution of a profiled elastic roller of definite length on half-space. An optimal profile of rollers is obtained so that its pressure distribution will be minimum under a given load. By analyzing the special charictristics of the mathematical model of this problem and doing a large amount of calculations, it shows that the proposed method is easy to converse to an optimal point and can be used in the design of bearings with profiled rollers.
