摘要: 水冷金属型离心铸造球铁管的铸态组织中经常会出现自由渗碳体,这会使球铁管的机械性能受到很大的损失,所以必需对它进行高温石墨化退火,以消除渗碳体。本文根据元素扩散的理论,建立了球铁管铸态组织与高温石墨化退火时间的数学模型;推导得出了两者之间关系的公式;并通过试验验证了此一公式的正确性;提出在具体生产中,可用予先试验的方法,确定该公式中的待定常数,即可用此式来指导生产,以达到提高生产率,减少铁管退火时变形的可能性,节省能源的目的。

Abstract: When the water cooled metallic mold is used to produce the centrifugal casting of ductile iron pipe, the cementite always forms in the cast structure. It will negatively influence the mechanical properties of pipe. And therefore the cast pipe must be treated by means of high temperature annealing. In this article, according to the theory of diffusion of elements, the mathematic model of relationship between cast structure of ductile iron pipe and the annealing time of high temperature heat treatment has been built up, and the analytical formula has been introduced. The crrectivity of this formula was proved by experimental data. This formula can be used in centrifugal pipe production to increase the production efficiency and save the energy.
