摘要: 本文中作者提出了一种高周疲劳设计的新的方法——应力场强法(ISF法)。作者认为决定疲劳裂纹萌生和扩展的宏观力学参量是最大峰值应力点周围的局部应力应变场,这个应力应变场有一确定的范围。文中,作者提出一个新的力学参量——有效应力场强σ (RD),它定量地代表了局部应力场的强度,并能用作估算高周疲劳寿命的宏观判据,因为它恰当地反映了峰值点应力σ及其周围不同方向上应力梯度dσ/dx I(I=1,2……n)的综合影响,并在一定程度上代表了这个区域内变形能的积累。

Abstract: In this paper a new concept for high cycle fatigue design-Intensity of Stress Field Method (ISF Method) is suggested by the authors. It is reasonable to assume that the macroscopic mechanics characteristics, which determines initiation and propagation of fatigue cracks, is the local stress-strain field around the maximum peak stress point, such field has a definite range. Here, the authors give a new mechanics parameter-the effective intensity of stress field σ(RD), which is used to represent quantitatively the intensity of local stress field and can be used as a macroscopic criterion for the estimation of high cycle fatigue life, since it appropriately represents the comprehensive effect of peak stress σ and stress gradients in different direction around the peak dσ/dx I(I=1,2-n)and to a certain extent represents the accumulation of deformation energy in this region.
