摘要: 本文着重讨论了再生型切削颤振的诊断原理和诊断方法。理论分析和试验结果都证明,再生型切削颤振系统的稳定性与被切工件前后两转向振纹的相位差ψ存在某种对应关系;因此,可通过实际测量切削过程中相位差ψ的大小来诊断现场加工中发生的颤振是否属于再于型颤振。相位差ψ与颤振频率、工件转速有关,为使诊断结果准确可靠,本文试验工作采用了频率细化技术。

Abstract: Diagnostic principle and method in regenerative chatter are discussed emphatically in this article. It is confirmed that stability of regenerative chatter is concerned with the phase difference ψ between two wavy surfaces: one from the previous cut, and another from the current cut. Measuring the phase difference ψ during machining, we can know whether the chatter excited belongs to regenerative chatter. The phase difference depends on the chatter frequency and revolutions of workpiece per minute. In order to improve diagnostic accuracy, Digital ZOOM FFT had been applied.
