摘要: 泵控马达常用为工程机械的驱动装置。由于工程机械的负载随机和环境苛刻,液压系统的故障多而元件的寿命短,人们迫切要求弄清液压系统在实际工作过程中的动态行为,以改进设计和可靠性。为此需要能在试验室实时仿真该机械的运动和负载以及测出液压系统在现场的工作过程。本文就是介绍这种系统。本文内容有:(1)半实物仿真测试系统的优点;(2)求负载反馈特性参数的方法;(3)半实物仿真测试系统的一些设计细节。

Abstract: Pump-controlled Motor is often used to drive a mobile machine. Due to the random loads and highly demanding environments of such machines, the hydraulic systems are often hampered by breakdowns and the life of components are short. It is critically required to find out the dynamic behaviors of hydraulic systems when working in order to improve the design and the reliability of the machine. The best way is to do the investigations in the laboratory. And a semi-hardware type simulation and testing stand is necessary. This paper describes such a system in two ways: (1) the advantages and some design details of such a system; (2) How to find the. Load feedback characteristic parameters.
