马格磨齿方式无超程磨齿法及其实现可能性的研究

A STUDY ON MAAG GEAR GRINDING WITHOUT OVERRUN AND ITS FEASIBILITY

摘要: 马格磨齿机的生产效率问题长期为人们所注目,近年在理论研究方面有很大进展,使该机床的工作效率大为提高。本文提出的无超程磨齿法实用于砂轮的V安装方式和H安装方式,在H安装方式中与已曾提出的K磨削法及乐兑谦磨削法的基本区别是:采用同一磨削角的相同齿轮,本法按磨削节圆设计滚筒,而K磨削法及乐兑谦磨削法则按磨削基圆设计滚筒,前者不产生齿形畸变现象,而后者的齿形畸变是借助机床的B机构(修形机构)补偿的,因此,本方法有齿形精度高,实施简单等特点。

Abstract: The productivity of MAAG' gear grinding machine has been attracting the gaze of people over a long period of time. A good progress in raising the productivity of this type of machine has appeared in the theoretical research in the recent years. As a result, the working efficiency of this type of machine has greatly increased. The grinding without overrun technique applied in V-setting and H-setting for grinding wheel. In H-setting this method differs from the wellknow K-grinding method and Le Dui-qian grinding method is that the pitch block diameter is designed according to the reference circle, while in the K-grinding or Le Dui-qian grinding method the pitch block diameter is designed according to the base circle. The former has no profile form distortion created, ands the latter has profile form distortion which can only be compensated by B-mechanism. Therfore, this new method has the feature of high precision and ease to carry out.
