摘要: 本文研究了工艺系统的动特性,提出了一种新的切削传递函数,分析了切削深度上的残留切削余量误差(简称切残误差或残差)及其幅频特性,给出了工艺系统静刚度、阻尼比控制和限制残差的公式。理论和实验表明,最佳阴尼比ξod可有效地抑制工艺系统中最常见的振荡残差,明显地提高切削加工质量。本文还从理论和实验上证明了切削工艺系统与一般机械系统的显著区别,澄清了传统理论中的一些模糊概念。

Abstract: This paper studies the dynamics of cutting system, has advanced a new cutting transitive fuction analyzed the error of cutting depth (simply residual error) and its amplitude-frequency, directed the formulas with which the static stiffness and the ratio can be designed for controlling the error. Theory and- tests have shown: the optimum damping ratio ξod is able to restrain the vibration-error existing most often in the cutting system and to improve distinctly the cutting quality. The paper has also proved the marked difference between the cutting o system and general mechanical system, and made clear concepts in the tranditional theory. The compensating tormula for static residual error has also-given in this paper.
