表面裂纹K1计算方法的研究与评价

摘要: 在焊接压力容器和工程结构中,表面裂纹无疑是一种重要的缺陷。对压力容器进行缺陷的安全性评定时,表面裂纹断裂分析中应力强度因子计算方法的研究及其评价有重大意义。近二十年来,国内外学者对表面裂纹的断裂和疲劳问题进行了大量的理论和实验研究工作,取得了可喜的重大进展,但是彻底解决这个困难的三维断裂问题,尚有大量工作要作,更不用说是在弹塑性和全域屈服条件下的表面裂纹计算问题。本文将综述并分析近二十年来表面裂纹应力强度固了的二十种计算方法,并用实验数据对各种解的准确性、稳定性、应用范围及工程使用的方便与否等进行综合评价。国外缺陷评定标准中采用的表面裂纹K 1计算法及表面裂纹等K 1换算曲线的依据,也予以一定分析。

Abstract: The stress intensity factor solutions, including twenty different solutions,for a surface crack in a plate subjected to uniform tension are reviewed and compared. These solutions have been developed over the past 20 years using approximate analytical methods, experimental mthods and engineering estimates. The present paper analyzes and assesses the accuracy and standard deviation of various solutions by correlating experiment data on surface crack tension specimens using SC OD technique, which is developed by authors' previous works. In addition, the range and convenience of application are also considered in the paper. Those solutions considered are ranked in order. The preferable calculation methods of K1 recommended in present paper may be an available reference for working out the standard of CVDA. (Pressure Vessel Defect Assessment Standard of China)
