摘要: 文中叙述了当前机械化设计发展中的一个重要问题,即在设计问题中当有许多离散设计变量时的优化方法,并提出一种新的适用于全离散或混合离散设计变量的约束非线性优化方法。经过许多工程设计实例的考核,证明此方法具有较高的计算效率和较好的求解问题的可靠性,它显著优于目前国外现有的几种方法、作者还用此方法解决了变位齿轮传动箱和大吨位液压汽车起重机伸缩臂结构等的几个设计问题。表明此方法在机械工程优化设计中的应用前景是十分令人鼓舞的,因为它可以提供完全符合设计规范、生产工艺要求的参数数据,且可以根据设计经验来安排离数数据,从而把优化设计方法与实际经验密切地结合起来。

Abstract: This paper describes an inportant direction in recent devolopment of mechanical Optimal design. The problem is, namely, the Optimization which involves many discrete veriable.An new method of Constrained nonlinear optimization applied to all or some discrete variable has been studied here as well. This method has stood the test of many practical problems of engineering deeign. The results indicates that the new method is superior both in reliability and efficiency, and is evidently superior to most existing techniques abroad. This method has been used successfully to sove several practical design problems of mechanical engineering. The prospect of its application in the field of engineering design is very inspiring.
