格里生制准双曲面齿轮刀倾全展成切齿法的研究

摘要: 本文的目的有二:1.分析研究准双曲面齿轮刀倾全展成法(HGT)的原理及机床调整。格里生制弧齿锥齿轮及准双曲面齿轮有八种常用的加工方法,本文作者曾分析研究了其中三种-SFT、HFT、HGM的切齿原理及机床调整,本文是这一研究工作的继续。2.推导出一套有普遍意义的产形轮参数分析计算方法,它对八种常用加工方法都可通用,并且得到的结果与按格里生公司提供的计算卡计算的结果相同,从而证明了这些方法具有共同的理论依据和实质,同时能把切齿实践中的计算过程统一起来并大为简化。

Abstract: The purposes of this paper are as follows; 1, To study the principle and machine setting of HGT (Generated Hypoid Gears With Tilted Cutter Spindle), There are 8 cutting methods widely used in practice to produce Gleason bevel gears and hypoid gears. The author have analyzed the principle of three of them-SFT. HFT. HGM, and the paper here is a continuation of this research work. 2, To derive a general method for determining the parameters of generating gear conjugated with the produced pinion. This method can be applied to a118 methods, and the calculated results are exactly the same as those calculated with Gleason calculating instructions. Thus, we have proved that all these cutting methods have a common theoretical foundation, and the computing process can be unified and simplified evidently in the cutting practice.
