冲天炉风口风速的测试与研究

摘要: 苏联Л.М.Мариенбах教授研究三排风口冲天炉,提出用风口面积比代替风口风量比,来设计冲天炉。目前国内外两排风口冲天炉设计也在延用。此立论已存于技术领域多年,它以各风口风速假定相等为基础,但是,一直缺乏实验上的根据。本文提出一种新的测试法,用风口风速探针测量风口风速。研究结果证明:风口面积比不能代替风口风量比,各风口风速不一,上排高于下排,每排中各风口风速波动也很大,它和风箱结构,风管引入方式有关。本文为冲天炉设计提出了新的理论根据。

Abstract: The U. S. S. R. professor L. M. Marlanbarh studied cupola of three line tuyere hole. He pointed out that the air volume ratio of tuyere can be replaced by the tuyere area ratio, and cupola can be designed according to this viewpoint. Nowadays' two line tuyere hole cupolas are being designed in this way at home and abroad. This point has been in the field of technology for mang years,it proposes that the flow rate of tuyere holes are equal to each other' but there is no experiment evidence to prove this point.The article suggests a new method of measurement' using a probe to measure the blowing rate of tuyere hole. The result has proved that the air volume ratio of tuyere cannot be replaced by the tuyere area ratio,the flow rate of the tuyere holes are not equal to each other, the blowing rate is related to the .structure of air belt and the position of air pipe This article suggests a newtheory principle of the cupola design.
