卷取机的临界转速及其对最高卷取速度的限制

摘要: 本文考虑了带卷的质量和卷筒轴自身的质量,将卷筒轴作为多自由度振动体系进行研究。根据机械振动理论,推导出卷筒轴的弹性线微分方程,解得卷筒轴的固有频率,得出卷筒轴临界轴速的精确计算方法。根据临界转速规定了危险转速区,最后应根据卷筒轴空载或卷重很小时的最高工作转速位于危险转速区之外作为确定最高卷取转速的合理条件。

Abstract: In this paper, the mass of coil and the weight of coiler spindle are taken into consideration and the coiIer spindle was taken as a multivariant vibration system to be study.According to the mechanic vibration theory the differential equation of the elestic deformation curve of the coiler spindle is derived and obtain the solutiou of the fundamental frequencies of the coller spindle, so the exact calculation method of calculating the critical revolution of coiler spindle is given. According to the critical revolution, we can define a risky revolution scope. Finally, we sould take the condition, that is, when the coiler is unloaded or the weight of coil is very light the highest revolution of coiler spindle sould be outside the risk scope as the reasonable condition of determining the highest revolution. Until recently, in engineering design only using the formula nk= 30/π/8g/Q to calculate the critical revolution of coiler spindle is unreasonable. Because to determine the highest revolution of coiler spindle, like this formula, just is risk.
