摘要: 迄今,齿轮传动的效率计算公式都把摩擦系数作为常数,而且忽略主从动轮不同对效率计算的影响。对中小功率齿轮传动,这些效率公式尚可应用,但对重载大功率齿轮传动和少齿差行星齿轮传动,效率计算的误差较大。本文作者认为摩擦系数μ与啮合点的位置有关,把它作为摩托车擦因数X±来处理,同时考虑了主从动轮对效率的影响,给出效率计算的精确公式及其近似公式,作为齿轮传动设计者参与。

Abstract: In most cases, people considered the coefficient of friction as constant in the calculated efficiency formulae in gear drives and usually neglected the effect due to the differences between the driver and the follower on the efficiency calculation. These formulae may be used for low and medium powered gear drives, but caused rather bigger errors on the efficiency calculation of powerful gear drives and KHV planetary gear drives. The authors suggested that the coefficient of friction Ft may be related to the position of meshing point. They considered it as the. Factor of friction, investigated the effect of the driver and the follower on efficiency and gave out seperately the accurate formula and the approximation formula on the efficiency calculation. The formulae may give some reference to the designer on gear drives.
