摘要: 本文按非对称六自由度动力学模型研究了四辊轧机横向振动固有频率的计算方法。文中将轧辊作为变断面的弹性体,用能量法解决了轧机横向振动模型中各质量和刚度的计算问题,给出了四辊轧机横向振动固有频率的计算公式。实验表明,由本文方法得出的基阶频率的理论值与实测值极为相近。

Abstract: This paper has made an approach to calculate the natural frequencies of the transverse vibration for four-high mill stand in accordance with acymmetric models of six degrees of freedom. In this paper the work roll and back-up roll are taken as elastic bodies which cross-sections are variable. Based on the energy method, the calculation problems of both masses and stiffnesses in the models are solved, and formulae are given for calculation the natural frequency of four-high mill stand. Experiment shows that the natural frequencies got from theoretical formulae are good approximations compared with the values measured.
