摘要: 本文用有限元计算及疲劳寿命试验法研究了不同齿根圆角对齿轮弯曲强度的影响。证明了加大齿根过渡圆角后的寿命相当于原有的三倍,所以是强化设计变速器的有力措施。本文还研究了加大齿根圆角的适用范围,提出了供设计时选择参数用的线图。并对加大刀刃圆角的剃前滚刀提出了设计方案。

Abstract: 1n this article, the influence of the radius of fillet at the root of the gear tooth on its bending strength. Has been investigated by means of finite element method and experiment on bending fatigue. It has been proved that the service life of gear with increasing the radius of fillet is about three times of the original. It is an efficient way in the design of gear box as the allowable load is raised. The applicable- range of increasing the radius of fillet is discussed, and figures for seleting parameters of gear are given Project for the preshaving hob with increasing edge radius is also suggested.
