摘要: 在机器中,采用变位齿轮可以大大提高齿轮的强度而不增加任何制造成本。但是,由于其啮合方程在计算时需多次采用三角函数和渐开线函数,以及交叉轴传动时方程所具有的超越特性,使得变位齿轮的几何计算变得十分繁复,颇大程度上妨碍了变位齿轮的广泛应用。笔者把啮合方程展成马克劳林级,得到一组实用微量式。利用这些简式计算啮合方程,不但运算迅速、答案精确,而且适用于法向原始齿形角等于任意值的场合,固此具有一定的理论和实践意义。

Abstract: In machine, using the modified gear can raise the strength of tooth drastically but do not add to the manufacture cost. However, owing to the trigonometric and involute function have to be used frequently when calculating the engagement equation and a transcendental character can not be avoid in the equation when driving with the intersecting axl, the geometric calculation of gear is too inconvelent to apply the modified gear widly. Author converts the engagement equation into Maclaur in Seriesn to result. in a set of simplified equation. By means of it can calculate the engega went equation rapidly and accurately Besides, it still trues of the case, in which the original tooth profile is equal to the arbitrary value. Hence, the simplified equation offers appropriate sense in theory and application.
