摘要: 本文对机床主轴回转精度的一些基础理论问题(如主轴误差运动的数学描述、误差运动的频率分析、误差运动各次频率分量对加工的影响等)进行了数学推导和理论分析。对于进一步研究主轴回转精度的各种具体的测试方法,特别是测试数据的处理方法,这些内容可提供理论性的依据。文章还论述了目前广泛使用的圆图象法存在的问题,并介绍了直角座标法的基本原理。

Abstract: This paper mathematiclly derives and theoretically analyses some basic theories of, rotation accuracy of machine tool spindle (such as the mathematical description of spindle error motion, its frequency analysis and the influence of its frequency components on mechanical operation, etc.).For the, further study of various experimental methods of spindle rotation accuracy, especially the treatment method for the experiment date, this paper provides a theoretical base. Also, this paper indicates the defect on the polar coordinates method which is broadly adopted at present, and introduces the basic theorem of cartesian coordinates method.
