摘要: 航空发动机用涡轮盘材料35Ni15Cr型铁基高温合金,由于它具有良好的高温强度、高温稳定性、高温冲击韧性、高温抗氧化性以及抗冷热疲劳性能,所以用它制作热作模具极为有利。工业生产试验表明,与普热作模具钢比较,模具寿命可以提高几十倍,同时还可以增加生产,降低成本。因此,35Ni15Cr型铁基高温合金是一种优良的新型热作模具材料。

Abstract: The 35Ni15Cr type iron-base Superalloy, being used in jet engine as turbine disks, has rather good high-temperature strength, microstructure stability, impact resistance, oxidation resistance and thermal fatigue resistance, all of these make it very favourable for making hot die and other hot sets, Industrial tests have :showed that the serving life these dies are tens-fold of that of the ordinary steel dies, and it results in the high productivity and low cost. Therefore, the 35Nil5Cr type iron-base superalloy is recommendable as a new kind of hot working die materials.
