涡轮机超速保安器动力特性分析研究

摘要: 超速保安器是高速旋转机械安全运行的重要保护装置,也是现代大型汽轮发电机组的主要保护项目。结构有飞锤和飞环式两种,原理是相同的。问世以来在国内外各类文献中只有静态计算,其动态过程无人问津。作者根据它的运动方式,从动力学的观点研究了事实丰弹簧的飞锤(或飞环)在槽道里随着轴高速旋转时作径向运动的规律,揭示了动力特性与结构因素的关系并推导出适合于工程设计和调整的计算公式。理论分析的正确性已被上海闸北电厂实践证实。

Abstract: Emergency Overspeed Governor is the most important protection device for reliable operating of high speed turbo-machine and also the major safety item of the modern large steam turbines. There are two types of construction, such as ring type and bolt-type. Their philosophy is the same.Since the governor appeared its static calculation has been published at home and abroad, dut dynamics problems are left out of account. According to the dynamics feature of their compound motion, the law of radial motion of bolt (or ring) with spring rotating at high speed in the holes is showed in this paper, such as dynamics characteristic, relation of construction factors and deriven calculation formulae available to design and adjust.The accuracy of theory analysis was checked by experiments in practice.
