曲纹面圆柱蜗杆传动的啮合原理

摘要: 曲纹面圆柱蜗杆的齿面是由梯形圆盘刀具加工而成的。由于在齿面的任一截面上的齿廓线均为曲线,故称其为曲纹面圆柱蜗杆。在动力蜗杆传动中,它几乎完全取代了阿基米德蜗杆传动。这是因为阿基米德蜗杆的磨削很难保证其准确的理论齿形,而梯形圆盘砂轮的修型、调整都很方便,且容易获得高精度的蜗杆传动副,所以对阿基米德蜗杆及蜗轮滚刀的磨削往往采用梯形圆盘砂轮。阿基米德蜗杆经这样磨削后,就变成曲纹面圆柱蜗杆。DIN中早已订有这样蜗杆传动的标准;在我国,许多工厂在生产阿基米德蜗轮滚刀和磨削阿基米德蜗杆时,均是按曲纹面蜗杆成形的。关于上述蜗杆传动的啮合理论,曾有过研究[6~12],但还很不完善,特别是关于一、二类界限线和诱导法曲率的计算公式至今尚未见到,其啮合特性的研究亦待深入,所有这些都是进一步研究曲纹面圆柱蜗杆传动的啮合理论及其载能力稳妥待解决的问题。本文依据南开大学的齿轮啮合理论推导出有关的计算公式,并对某些啮合特性进行了研究,得出了一些有益的结论。因篇幅所限,公式的推导过程没详细给出,除注明出处者外,其余公式的推导过程请见文献[22]。

Abstract: In the past Soma research works on the meshing theory of cylindrical worm drive with nonlinear surface have been carried out[6]-[12],but they are not very satisfactory, especially on the calculating formulas of limiting curves of the first kind and the second kind as well as the induced normal curvature. Up to now we have found nothing about it in the literatures and it is necessary to go more deeply into the researches on the meshing characteristics. All of these are the probems to be investigaetd in further studies of the mesting theory of cylindrical worm drive with nonlinear surface and it’s loading capacity. In this paper, refering to the gear meshing theory presented by NAN KAI University, We have dreived some calculating formulas involved and made some researches on the meshing characteristics and obtained some usful conclusions. As space is limited, the procedure of the calaculating formulas are not given in detail. Except for special notice, the procedure of the formulas can be found in the article[22].
