摘要: 关于不完全齿轮机构的工作原理和几何关系,近年来在很多资料中作了详细的论述,但其设计问题仍未圆满解决,特别是对于间歇运动的主要特性系数(动静比)未能给予保证。本文提出了一种应用最优化设计理论,直接从间歇运动的基本参数k t、M、N出发的设计方法。计算简易,便于掌握,可以很快得到理想的设计方案。这种设计方法,可在计算机上进行运算,也可以籍助本文提供的线图,化费不大的手算工作量,得到满意的结果。同时,本文以不完全齿轮机构为例,说明在某些工程实际问题中,当各目标函数的重要性不一样时,用降维法,将多维问题转化为几个一维问题处理,不仅可以使问题简化,同时还可以使各参数近按其主次,得到合理的处理。

Abstract: In spite of the fact that detailed descriptions of the meshing principles of and the geometrical relations between the intermittent gear mechanism can be found in many references in recent years, its design problem of the gear mechanism has not yet been solved satisfactorily, especial1y in relation to the fact that the main characteristic coefficients of the intermittent motion(dynamic-static ratio) cannot be ensured. Based on the theory of optimization, this paper presents a new design method in which the fundamental parameters kt, M and N of the intermittent motion are used directly from the very beginning. The computation is simple and easy to follow, and an the optimal design can readily be obtained. The proposed design method can either be programed on computers, or used manually in a reasonable duration of time with the aid of the curves provided in this paper.
