摘要: 筒形件强力旋压已是当代的一种重要生产工艺过程。本文首先建立了筒形件强力旋压的扇形塑性流动场并给出了不同变形区域的流动速度方程。其次给出了旋压力系数K (FF)的上限解和下限解。与实验数据的初步比较说明比原有几种算法更为合理。

Abstract: The power spinning of cylindrical parts is now an important productve technological process, The first part of this paper deals with the fan-shaped field and the velocity of the plastic flow. The second part of the paper deals with the upper bound analysis of the spinning force component. The comparison between the analytical results and the experimental data shows that the new obtained formulae are more rational than the formers.
