粘结结构和铸造结构铣床动态特性的比较

摘要: 铸造和焊接技术,一直是制造机床结构零件(如:箱体、床身、立柱等)的传统方法。粘结技术很早就已经成功地用于飞机结构的生产中,近年来,不少研究工作都试图将环氧树脂的粘结技术,用于机床结构零件的生产中。一台小型卧式铣床,其基座、立柱、横臂和立柱中的变速箱,就是由钢板及型材用环氧树脂粘结而成的。通过动态激振试验和颤振切削试验,与另一台规格、设计参数完全一样的普通铸造结构铣床进行了比较。试验表明:粘结结构铣床,在颤振发生时的金属切除率,要大于普通铸造结构铣床。本文还对动态试验技术的可靠性以及两种颤振切削试验的方法进行评价。

Abstract: The technique bonding metal to metal using epoxy resin adhesive has been employed since 1930's and found its successful applications in the aircraft industry. However, the application of bonding technipue to machine tool structure has been explored recently. In this field, much work has been carried out towards the design and static and dynamic characteristics of bonding structure. All those work has proved that the application of ,bonding structure to machine tool improve the dynamic performance.The structure of a horizontal milling machine, including column, base and overarm was manufactured according to this technique. The dynamic performance of this machine as determined by dynamic and cutting tests was compared with those of a cast iron milling machine. In the chatter tests two types of- cutter were used. For the bonded milling machine, the rate of metal remnoval, at the onset of chatter, has been 'shown to be substantially higher 'than that achieved on the cast iron milling machine. Also in this -paper the reliability of the dynamic testing technique has been assessed in comparison with the cutting tests.
