摘要: 文中介绍了配有气波增压器的6135ZCa型柴油机的性能实验结果。它比未增压6135Ca型柴油机的功率增加、油耗降低;与配有10ZJ-2涡轮增压的柴油机相比,它的低速性能好。气波机是组织一系列的压缩波和膨胀波在气体介质中的传播,以达到两股气体间的能量交换,或使一股气体分为两股压力不同的气体。气波增压器是其中一种应用形式。它和涡轮增压器的目的相同,是利用柴油机排气的能量达到增加进入气缸中空气的密度,以提高柴油机输出功率为目的。涡轮增压器的工作原理是柴油机排气的能量经过透平的膨胀转换为机械功,用以驱动压气机叶轮,压气机再把机械功转换为吸人空气的压力升高,即分别在两个转子中作两次功与能的转换过程。而气波增压器则是两种气体在同一转子中直接接触,以气波在两种气体中的运动来进行燃气膨胀和空气压缩的过程。

Abstract: The experimental investigation of Diesel engine 6135ZCa equiped with pressure exchanger are presented. In comparison to engine 6135Ca which is unsupercharged, the power of 6135ca with pressure exchanger is raised and the fuel consumption is decreased. Its performance is better than the engine 6135ZCa equiped with Turbo-supercharger 10ZJs-2 in the lower engine speed conditions.
