摘要: 本文对径流式叶轮机械轴-径型叶轮设计中广泛采用的直纹抛物曲面叶片成型规律的几何理论进行了研究,纠正了流传甚广的错误结果[1],建立了任意轴心位置的抛物面曲面方程、抛物面截线曲率及叶子进(出)口角的计算公式,并在此基础上拟制了抛物面叶片的成型设计计算步序。

Abstract: In this paper,the geometric theory of shaping for blade formed by paraboloid (ruled surface) which is widely used to design axial-radial flow impellers of radial turbomachines is investigated.The wrong conclusions caused by reference[ I Dwhich spread far and wide are corrected herein. The equation of paraboloid having arbitrary position of axis, the sectional curvature of paraboloid and the relation between inlet (or exit)angle and radius are established. On the basis of previous results, the progarmmer for design calculus of shaping of paraboloidal blade may, be worked out.
