摘要: 平面连续接触传动,如何确定构件的曲率半径是一个重要的问题。匀速传动情况,可以应用欧拉——萨伐尔方程式来求解。但对于变传动比情况,应用欧拉——萨伐尔方程式来求解是很困难的。本文研究了这种情况,找到了相应的啮合方程式。应用啮合方程式,曲率半径就容易求得。匀速传动时,啮合方程式就转化为欧拉——萨伐尔方程式。本文还研究了啮合方程式在凸轮机构中的应用。

Abstract: To explain the continual contact plane transmission, it is wellknown that an equation of meshing is applied, I .C. the Euler-savary equation. By the application of this equation of meshing, when the two members’ motion and the radius of curvature of one member at the contacting point are given, we can find out the radius of curvature of the other member at the same point with regard to the general case of variable. Angular velocity in plane continual contact transmission for two member the problem cannot be easily solved with the aid of the Euler-Sa vary equation. In this paper the general case of variable angular velocity in plane continual contact trans-mission for two members is treated. In this case the equation of meshing is found to be The radius of curvature can be easily found by using this equation of meshing. It is pointed out that the Euler-Savary equation can be derived from this equation as a particular case.
