摘要: 导轨是决定内曲线液压马达性能和寿命的一个关键零件。它的内曲线表面一般要采用靠模仿形加工。其靠模凸轮的计算要求很精确,因此必须采用电子计算机计算。本文介绍导轨曲线的设计、靠模凸轮的座标计算和电子计算机的源程序,并通过实例说明靠模凸轮计算的全部过程。

Abstract: The stator of hydraulic motor is a key component which determines performances and working life of an internally curved hydraulic motor. To finish it's internally curved surface conventionally demands a cam actuated profiling machine. The computation of the cam requires high accuracy and so it has to be computed with an electronical computer. This paper describes the design of stator curve, the computation of the cam and the source program of electronic computer. Finally this paper provides a practical example to describe all the procedures of the cam profile computation.
