摘要: 热轧无缝钢管生产中的斜轧穿孔机是主轧机。桶形轧辊与被穿轧的高温塑性金属材质之间是面接触,但这不是一个科学概念。作者已指出过接触面上有一条待定的空间接触曲线,它将归结为金属和轧辊通过共轭线接触传动[1]。本文中指出沿用了近百年的桶形轧辊形状的不合理性,荒管内折叠和壁厚不均的重要原因之一是桶形轧辊自身引起的。文中采用线接触的概念,提出了特殊的复合曲线轧辊的设计思想,经过φ76φ100穿孔机工业试验和生产试用,证明这种设计和计算是正确的。世界上所有的曼尼斯曼型穿孔机都可以采用本发明的这种具有自身稳定和强化穿孔作用的复合曲线轧辊,它会帮助提高生产率和改善荒管质量。

Abstract: Two-roll cross rolling piercing mill is widely used in the hot rolling. Seamless tubes. Thus, the conjngate contact drive is formed through the contact curve. For putting forward the designing theory of compound curve roll the writer adopts the linear contact conception in the article, and the producing practices onφ76φ100 two-roll cross rolling piercing mills have proved that designing and computing are correct. The article recommends that the design of all Mannesmann-type piercing mills may adopt the compound curve roll, which provides a steady piercing and strengthening piercing conditions, thereby greatly increasing the productivity and improving the shell guality.
