摘要： 刀具切削角度通常区分为静态及动态两种情况。本文提出了计算切削角度的同态方程法及旋转运算法。为此，在切削三面架中推导出三截角公式（1-2），（1-4），并且计算出表一。为应用后一种方法提供了便利的条件。
Abstract: The cutting angles on cutting tools currently divides into the stationary and dynamic conditions, The method of like state equation and rotations operation for calculating cutting angles are suggested in this paper, Therefore, The formula of three secant plane angles (1-2), (1-4), is reasoned out in the cutting threeside form, and the table 1 has been calculated. Hence, The condition is given for use of above form two of method.
